Please read these terms and conditions carefully and ensure that you are aware of their content. Luxe Glow Tanning reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on the website and app. Your continued use of the website and app following such notification will represent an agreement by you to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended.

There will be times at which the studio is unstaffed during its operating hours. During this time we highly recommend you have your mobile phone with you to ensure that you can contact emergency services if needed. Luxe Glow Tanning will accept no liability.

By purchasing a membership or casual membership you acknowledge and agree that the tanning solution used may contain natural ingredients including dihydroxyacetone (DHA) and you use this service at your own risk. It is your responsibility to obtain a doctor's clearance to use our Services should you require it.

Luxe Glow Tanning will offer a range of different memberships. These terms and conditions will apply to all types of memberships including casual visits and memberships. Memberships are for individuals only and are not to be shared. Memberships are non-transferable. They only apply to the original membership holder. Your membership depends on the membership package you select for your purchase on our website or app and is subject to the Terms and Conditions. You must never use the Services for any other purpose than for the use of the Services you have purchased. You should only ever access our studios in a way that is consistent with the Services of your membership.
Prepaid membership packages for:
(a) Five (5) sessions expire five (5) months from the date of purchase.
(b) Three(3) sessions expire (3) months from the date of purchase.
(c) Casual memberships to be used within (1) one month of purchase.

All Services must be paid in full according to your purchased membership package:
(a) Weekly membership packages are payable weekly on the same day each week beginning on the date of purchase.
(b) Casual membership packages are payable at the beginning of each session for a Services; and
(c) All other packages are payable in full on the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Credit card or debit card surcharges may apply and vary depending on the card used as advised at checkout.
If you purchase a membership package to be paid in instalments, you warrant that your nominated bank account details are accurate and up to date.
Payment is made via and directed by the App. You expressly authorise us to debit your nominated bank account for the purpose of making payment of your monthly or fortnightly payments, as applicable, for the Services. Charges to your nominated bank account will be limited to the amount payable to us under your membership package, plus applicable credit or debit card surcharges.
We will endeavor to contact you to inform you of any overdue payments, and in the event we cannot contact you we will provide you with a written notice of overdue payment. If payment of a direct debit instalment fails, you will be charged a payment failure fee of $4.40 by our third-party billing company.
If you default on payment of an amount due, access to the Services will be suspended until such time as payments are up to date.
If there are repeated failures by you to meet your payment obligations, your membership may be suspended or terminated by written notice to you.
Luxe Glow Tanning may increase the price without notice, such price increase will be reflected on the website and be effective immediately.

Our studios are open 24/7. To gain access to our studios you must be a member, have the right to the Services subject to your purchased membership package, and have made payment according to the membership package purchased. To enter the studio, you must use the Bluetooth reader on your phone.
No one is to enter the studio under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Smoking, including any e-cigarettes, vapour pens, and so forth, is prohibited at all times.
Non-members are not permitted to enter our studios. Inviting a non-member into our studios without our consent may result in a fee of $50.00 being payable to us and the termination of your membership at our discretion and without prejudice to any other remedy or rights available to us under these Terms and Conditions. You voluntarily accept the risks associated with the use of the Services by a non-member invited by you without our consent and release us, our directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents and affiliates, from all liability for any injury, including without limitation, personal, bodily, or mental injury, economic loss, or damage to the invited non-member resulting from the use of our studios and/or Services.
Luxe Glow Tanning implements surveillance services in the reception area on the premises.

Are not permitted to;
(a) enter our studios unless accompanied by a parent or guardian; and
(b) use the Services unless they have had a parent or guardian sign their membership package and Services waiver on their behalf.

Your use of the Services is subject to the waiver signed by you and provided to us. We further recommend that you use the personal protection items provided during your tanning session.
You are encouraged not to bring valuables into our studios for the use of the Services. We shall not be liable for the disappearance, loss, theft, or damage to the personal property left by you or anyone else you allow access to the studio.

For rescheduling or cancellation of bookings, we require a minimum of (2) hour's notice. If sufficient notice is not provided then the full purchase price will be retained by the Service.
You may cancel your No-Lock-in membership by written notice to info@luxeglowtanning.com.au at least (5) business days before the end of your No-Lock-in membership billing cycle period. You will remain entitled to access and use the Services until the end of your No-Lock-in membership cycle period.
You may suspend your Lock-In or No-Lock-In membership for a period not exceeding two (2) months by written notice in info@luxeglowtanning.com.au X at least five (5) business days before the date suspension is to begin ("effective suspension date"). Failure to suspend your membership in accordance with this clause will mean scheduled payments may still occur. Your membership period will stop from the effective suspension date and will resume once the requested suspension period is over. Payments will automatically resume once the requested suspension period terminates, without notice from us.

All sales are final, we provide no refunds for purchases or Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership on the following basis:
(a) If you use our Services illegally
(b) If you breach any of these Terms and Conditions
(c) If we believe that you have engaged in inappropriate conduct whilst at any of our studios
(d) To protect the health and safety of you or other members; or
(e) For any reason not prohibited by law.
We will advise you in writing of a suspension or termination of your membership.

Our website and app may link to websites or third-party services. Unless stated otherwise:
we do not control, approve, endorse or sponsor any such services, websites or their content; and
we do not provide any warranty or take any responsibility for any aspect of those services, websites or their content.
Our app and website are also subject to any additional terms of use.
